David Webb has spent over 75 years crafting some of the most distinctive jewelry in American history, pieces known for their bold animal motifs, vibrant enameling, and architectural use of precious stones. Their storytelling is embedded in the object itself.
While the brand’s photography and videos reflect the richness of the physical pieces, they don’t always capture the imaginative world behind them, the feeling of eccentric luxury that defines Webb. The opportunity wasn’t to replace what was working, but to expand it: to explore how the brand’s legacy could evolve through digital storytelling that felt just as intentional.
We began with a question: how can a single bracelet become an experience? We weren’t interested in traditional product animation. We wanted to build a moment, one that would evoke curiosity, emotion, and a deeper appreciation for craftsmanship through surreal visuals.

We created a CGI sequence in which the zebra becomes a living presence. Its eye blinks gently as the camera moves in, revealing every detail. To complete the scene, we designed an ambient jungle soundscape layered with refined electronic textures, a sonic bridge between the natural world and Webb’s eccentric refinement. The goal was to build a moment of wonder.
This piece reveals what’s possible when heritage brands embrace digital as a storytelling medium, not just a promotional channel. It shows how timeless craftsmanship can live in new dimensions and how one bracelet, when framed the right way, can spark a deeper emotional connection in a new generation of viewers.
